Disney’s Grand Floridian Hosts Cookout Event for Fourth of July

We have just found out about a magical new way to celebrate this wonderful country’s birthday! The Grand Floridian has just announced it will host a Fourth of July Cookout, complete with a delicious meal. Top the evening off with fireworks AND desserts! Sign me up!

Details

You can celebrate the Fourth of July in grand style at Walt Disney World as Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa hosts a cookout at the resort’s Summerhouse from 7 – 8:30 p.m. After dinner, you can head to the Grand Floridian Marina for sweets and a view of the Magic Kingdom Park’s Fourth of July fireworks spectacular. It’s a great way to experience the fireworks if your looking for a new experience outside of the theme parks!

The cookout event will feature a menu of traditional, grilled holiday favorites as well as grilled steak and shrimp, accompanied by specialty drinks, beer and wine. There will also be a live DJ and crafts for kids throughout the evening.

Pricing

The cost to attend is $120 plus tax for adults and $59 plus tax for children ages 3-9 (gratuity included). In the event of rain, the event will move to the Disney’s Grand Floridian Convention Center.

Reservations are now open and can be made by calling 407-WDW-DINE or by calling your travel planner.
